SkyDynamics launches end-to-end MPL programme infrastructure

Airlines and ATOs can now manage the full Multi-Crew Pilot Licence pathway - from cadet selection to line operations - on a single platform integrated with AeroEBT and FNPT II simulators.

What is included

The MPL infrastructure covers six connected stages:

1. Cadet selection - psychometric and aptitude assessment workflows with standardised scoring.
2. Course design - EASA Part-FCL compliant syllabus builder with AI-assisted scenario spines.
3. Ground and theory training - integrated LMS with direct data flow to simulator phases.
4. Simulator training - FNPT II and FFS integration with Scenario Builder and real FDM data.
5. Type rating and LIFUS - continuous competency tracking through initial operating experience.
6. AeroEBT support - ongoing evidence-based training from first hour to command upgrade.
