Our flagship product · Evidence-Based Training and CBTA
EBT and CBTA dedicated software suite. With the TMS included.
Built on the world’s first Scenario Builder for EBT and CBTA training.
One platform carries every scenario from the first draft to the report the authority reads: designed against the programme, graded with the same context by every instructor, and evidenced from the sessions themselves. The included Training Management System holds qualifications, recurrent checks and training records in the same file. aeroEBT is built for organisations that must demonstrate the effectiveness of their training, not only deliver it.
Build the scenario
Start with the foundations. Write scenarios with assurance, design and distribute them with confidence, and see compliance with the documented programme checked in real time as you build.
Explore the Scenario BuilderSession convenience, instructor versatility
The whole ORCA process (observe, record, classify, assess) runs in one tool: the instructor's notes on the iPad, offline where required. The Contextual Composition Protocol keeps the complex architecture behind it simple, linking notes and grades to the moment in the scenario, and instructor concordance comes out of the box as you finalise the session.
Instructor concordanceReport the evidence
Evidence is compiled directly from the recorded sessions, with competency trends across the programme, organised for the authority's review.
Explore aeroEBT
Powered by the Contextual Composition Protocol
A technology developed by SkyDynamics, running underneath every aeroEBT application.
Notes are the instructor’s single anchor. Observations and debrief points are written as notes, and the protocol links each one to the scenario, the event or failure in play and the behaviours it concerns. The whole EBT and CBTA process, concordance included, runs from that one simple action, so the instructor’s attention stays on the crew and the training, not on the tool or the iPad. The protocol also supports the standardisation methods a programme uses, such as inter-rater reliability, referent-rater comparison and a regular calibration cycle, so instructors align over time without the system intervening in their grades.
See it in a demo- Scenario Builder
- The A, B and C topics and the competency framework are at hand while the scenario is written.
- Instructor app
- Instructors see the scenario context they need to observe and assess consistently.
- Concordance
- Grades are linked to the moment in the scenario they refer to, so instructors are compared on the same events.
- Reporting
- Scenario decisions and grades keep the context they were made in, ready for review.
Great EBT starts with a great scenario. Compliance checked as you build.
From topic list to compliant scenario in one application, with coverage, balance and difficulty visible while you write. Illustrative session.
Who we serve
One EBT and CBTA platform. For three kinds of training organisation.
- EBT for airlines
Airlines
Recurrent EBT across every fleet and base, with training records and competency evidence in one file.
- CBTA for flight schools
Flight schools and ATOs
Competency-based training from the first lesson, together with the FNPT II devices on which it is delivered.
- Maintenance training
Maintenance training
EBT and CBTA for Part-147 basic and type training and Part-66 licence pathways, assessed at the aircraft.
aeroEBT + TMS
One training record. From competency grading to expiry dates.
aeroEBT runs evidence-based training and CBTA. The included Training Management System runs the rest of the training department. Both write to the same file.

FCS certification management. For every FSTD.
FCS++ is SkyDynamics’ FCS certification tool and FSTD management platform, for SkyDynamics devices and other manufacturers’ FSTDs alike. The certification tool records and checks each device’s 14-feature FSTD Capability Signature (FCS); the management platform keeps an FSTD register with certificates, ESL, QTG and evaluation reports in one place. Operators, authorities and manufacturers work from the same record, whether the device is an FNPT II (FNPT 2) for SEP/MEP IR or an A320 or B737 device. The competent authority qualifies the device; FCS++ maintains the supporting evidence.
