EASA Compliance
PartIS - EASA Part-IS Compliance
Achieve and maintain EASA Part-IS information security compliance for your aviation data systems. Gap analysis, implementation, and audit preparation.
EASA Part-IS compliance is mandatory
EASA Part-IS requires aviation organisations to implement an Information Security Management System. Non-compliance puts your operational certificate at risk. PartIS provides gap analysis, implementation support, and audit preparation, so you are ready before the auditor arrives.
From gap analysis to audit-ready ISMS
EASA Part-IS (Regulation (EU) 2023/203 and 2022/1645) requires approved organisations - operators, ATOs, maintenance and CAMO organisations, ANSPs and others - to identify and manage information security risks that could affect aviation safety. PartIS is a structured programme delivered by the same team that keeps SkyDynamics' own training and operations software inside that regime.
Scope and gap analysis
Map which of your organisations and systems fall under Part-IS, inventory the information assets that support flight safety, and measure current controls against the regulation and the associated AMC/GM.
ISMS design
Define the information security management system: governance, risk assessment method, incident detection and reporting, supplier obligations, and the interface with your existing safety management system.
Implementation support
Work alongside your safety, IT and quality teams to put the controls, procedures and records in place - including staff awareness and the incident reporting path to the competent authority.
Audit preparation
Run a pre-audit against the authority checklist, close findings, and assemble the evidence set so the first oversight visit is a confirmation rather than a discovery.
