Investor Relations

SkyDynamics investor relations - financial performance, corporate governance, and strategic outlook for stakeholders in aviation technology.

Investor Relations

SkyDynamics is a privately held aviation technology company with a track record of sustained, organic growth. From our headquarters in Heraklion, Crete, Greece, we serve a growing international client base spanning commercial airlines, training organisations, defence agencies, and aviation authorities.

Our investor relations pages provide transparency on corporate governance, strategic direction, and financial performance. SkyDynamics has grown organically through reinvestment in R&D and strategic product expansion - from certified flight simulators to the AeroBrain AI platform.

A market built for consolidation

A fragmented, capex-heavy market

Aviation software is a fragmented, capex-heavy market. Buyers stitch together five vendors and still can't get compliance. Every point-vendor strategy is now a liability: regulators expect connected systems, not stitched-together silos.

An advantage regulation has strengthened

  • Unusual span for a company of this size: simulation, training, operations, AI, data, defence and financing under one roof, which is what makes the layers fit together.
  • Recurring SaaS across three products: FCS++, AeroEBT, and AeroBrain are subscription revenue, not one-time purchases.
  • Organic growth: built without external capital, sustained through reinvestment in R&D.
  • Regulation is forcing consolidation: NPA 2025-07, EU 2026/781, and Part-IS make point-vendor strategies a compliance liability.
  • The compliance burden that keeps competitors out is our core market: the harder regulation gets, the stronger our position.
  • Point-vendor strategies are now a liability: auditors and regulators expect connected systems, not stitched-together silos.

Our track record

From simulators to sovereign AI: organic growth

  • 2009: Operations begin in Heraklion, Crete, growing out of flight-simulation research. First FNPT II flight simulation training devices certified and deployed.
  • 2015: AeroEBT launched: evidence-based training platform for airlines and ATOs.
  • 2019: AeroBrain platform begins: a governed AI layer for airline operations, training, and defence.
  • 2022: FCS++ released: automated FSTD Capability Signature compliance under EASA EU 2026/781 and ICAO Doc 9625.
  • 2024: Defence hub expanded: air-gapped sovereign AI for mission training, secure simulator networks, and combat-type trainers.
  • 2026: OpsEye live: disruption management that responds in under 10 seconds, with counterfactual ROI auditing.

Every step was funded by reinvestment, not external capital. The harder regulation gets, the stronger our position.

Strategic Direction

Long-Term Value Creation

SkyDynamics' strategy centres on three converging growth vectors: simulation technology, training intelligence, and decision-support AI. Each vector reinforces the others, creating a flywheel of customer value and revenue diversification.

Simulation Technology

Our FNPT II flight simulators remain the foundation of our business. We continue to invest in new aircraft type approvals, and FSTD Capability Signature software (FCS++) for the Regulation (EU) 2026/781 transition. The global flight simulator market is projected to grow at 6-8% CAGR through 2030, driven by pilot shortages, fleet renewal, and regulatory modernisation.

Training Intelligence

AeroEBT and our MPL Programme represent our training intelligence pillar. The transition from traditional recurrent training to evidence-based training (EBT) is accelerating globally, creating a structural tailwind for our training platform products. AeroEBT combines an offline instructor app, instructor concordance and an AI-assisted EBT Scenario Builder, positioning SkyDynamics for this regulatory shift.

Decision-Support AI

The AeroBrain platform and its agentic products - Wingman, OpsEye and FleetSnap - represent our highest-growth opportunity. Aviation AI is transitioning from experimental to operational, and SkyDynamics' ICAO-compliant, governed approach gives us a differentiated position in a market that values safety, explainability, and regulatory alignment above all else.

Geographic Expansion

While our roots are in Greece and Southern Europe, we are actively expanding across the Middle East, Northern Europe, and Asia-Pacific - regions with high concentrations of airline training demand and regulatory modernisation activity. Our Data hosting and on-premises options ensure we can serve customers in any regulatory jurisdiction.

Corporate Governance

Governance Framework

SkyDynamics is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance. Our governance framework ensures accountability, transparency, and ethical business conduct across all operations.

Board of Directors

The company is led by a board with deep aviation and technology expertise:

  • Manolis Lidakis - CEO & Founder. Airline captain and Informatics Engineering graduate. Provides strategic vision and product direction.
  • Gerhard Hendrik - Board Member and Co-Owner of the Swiss branch. EBT and CBTA expert, type rating instructor and examiner (TRI/TRE) and psychologist, bringing many years of pilot training experience.
  • Michail Pachiadakis - Co-Founder. Leads product design and brand strategy, bridging aviation operations and digital innovation.

Governance Principles

  • Safety-first culture - every product decision is evaluated against its impact on aviation safety.
  • Regulatory compliance - we operate under EASA, ICAO, and national aviation authority regulations, with zero tolerance for non-compliance.
  • Data sovereignty - our PartIS compliance and on-premises hosting options reflect our commitment to data protection and national sovereignty.
  • Ethical AI - all AeroBrain products are designed with transparency, contestability, and human-authority preservation as foundational principles.
  • Employee development - we invest in our team's continuous professional development, with a focus on aviation safety, cybersecurity, and AI ethics training.

Risk Management

Our enterprise risk management framework identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across technology, regulatory, operational, and financial dimensions. Key risk areas include regulatory change, cybersecurity threats, AI model reliability, and supply chain resilience for simulator hardware components.

Financial Highlights

Financial Performance

SkyDynamics has delivered consistent revenue growth driven by expanding product lines, recurring SaaS revenue from AeroBrain and AeroEBT, and a growing base of international simulator clients.

Revenue Diversification

Our revenue is diversified across four streams:

  • Simulator hardware & certification - design, manufacture, and certification of FNPT II devices and associated software tools.
  • Training platforms - AeroEBT subscriptions, MPL programme consulting, and CBTA/EBT implementation services.
  • AI & operations software - AeroBrain platform licensing, OpsEye, Wingman, FleetSnap and AeroTechLog subscriptions.
  • Data & compliance services - cloud hosting, PartIS compliance, and on-premises deployment services.

R&D Investment

SkyDynamics reinvests a significant proportion of revenue into research and development. Our R&D spending focuses on:

  • Neurophysiological signal analysis and human factors research.
  • AeroBrain AI platform capabilities - RAG, GraphRAG, and agentic architectures.
  • Next-generation flight simulator technology and certification automation.
  • Defence AI systems and secure communications.

This investment strategy ensures sustained product differentiation and long-term competitive advantage.

Investor FAQ

Investor questions

What sets SkyDynamics apart?

The compliance burden that keeps competitors out is our core market. Regulations like NPA 2025-07, EU 2026/781, and Part-IS force airlines to connect their systems, which is exactly what we already do.

Is there recurring revenue?

Yes: FCS++, AeroEBT, and AeroBrain are all SaaS subscriptions. Certification, training, and AI are ongoing needs, not one-time purchases.

What's the total addressable market?

Aviation training and operations software is a growing market with an estimated 6–8% CAGR, driven by regulatory mandates and the shift from paper to digital.

How has the company grown?

Organic growth, reinvested in R&D and strategic product expansion, from certified flight simulators to the AeroBrain AI platform. No external capital.

Why now?

Regulation is forcing consolidation at the exact moment we have all seven fields connected. Point-vendor strategies are becoming a compliance liability.
