The SkyDynamics website sets no cookies of its own. It uses Google Analytics cookies only if you accept them. If you reject them, or make no choice, no analytics script is loaded, no connection to Google is opened and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time with the button above or with "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.

This Cookie Policy forms part of the SkyDynamics Privacy Policy and applies to the website at https://skydynamics.aero. It does not cover the SkyDynamics applications, which are supplied under separate customer agreements and described in the Terms of Use.

Key points:

• Nothing optional runs before you choose. Analytics starts only after you accept.
• Rejecting is as easy as accepting. One click each, on buttons of the same size.
• One optional category. Analytics. There are no advertising cookies, no social media trackers and no embedded third-party content on this website.
• You can change your mind. Withdrawing consent stops analytics at once and deletes its cookies.
• We ask again after 180 days, or sooner if this policy changes in a way that matters to you.

What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to keep and send back on later requests. Browsers also offer local storage and session storage, which keep small pieces of information in your browser without sending them anywhere. This policy covers all three, because the law treats them alike.

When we need your consent

Under Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006, which implements Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive), storing information on your device, or reading it, needs your consent unless it is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for. Consent must meet the standard of the General Data Protection Regulation: freely given, specific, informed and given by a clear action.

On this website that means:

• Necessary storage needs no consent. It remembers your cookie choice and interface state such as the light or dark theme. It holds no identifier, stays in your browser and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
• Analytics cookies need your consent. They are off until you accept.

Using the website never depends on accepting analytics cookies.

What Google Analytics collects when you accept

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. When you accept, it records:

• the pages you view, how far you scroll and which buttons and links you use;
• the page you came from, your browser, device type and screen size;
• your approximate location (country and city), which Google derives from your IP address. Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses;
• page loading performance and technical errors.

We do not send Google your name, your email address, the content of the contact form or anything else you type on this website. Google signals and advertising personalisation are switched off, so the data is not used for advertising or joined to a Google account. Analytics cookies last 13 months.

Google may process this data in the United States. The safeguards for such transfers are set out in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Open "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page, or use the button at the top of this page, and switch analytics on or off. The change applies immediately. When you switch analytics off, we stop Google Analytics and delete its cookies from your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of what was collected before.

Your choice is stored in your browser, not in an account, so it applies to this browser on this device only. If you clear your browser data, we will ask again.

Browser controls and Global Privacy Control

You can also delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking them does not stop this website from working.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics cookies and do not show the consent banner. You can still switch analytics on in "Cookie settings" if you wish.

Changes to this policy

When we add, remove or change a cookie or storage item, we update the list below and the date at the top of this page. If the change affects what you consented to, we ask for your choice again.
